Where can I get a Dash Cam installed here in Dallas?

Hi! Does anyone know any place I can get my dash cam installed to my 2025 Highlander Platinum? I feel like it sucks that they don't offer it to the Platinum trim already like a built-in one coz that's gonna be a game-changer, but yeah. Any idea where to get? I hope you recommend someone you have already tried or is generally trusted here around this area. I need front and rear cam hopefully for safety now that insurance scams are waiting everywhere.

honestly you don't need a specific shop just for a dash cam install any decent car audio or electronics store can handle it but if you want a solid recommendation try best buy or any local tint and audio shop they usually know what they're doing and some even offer hardwiring so you get parking mode too

had mine installed at new image autosports on alpha road 75240 and so far theres no issue of any sort. you can also google the name for easier directions

If you're near Garland, there's Texas Audio Car Stereo & Security. they did my sister's dashcam installation. pretty awesome service!

This is true, I installed mine in a local audio shop here, there's no issue so far. I even became friends with one of the guys there lol

almost all dashcams come with an installation manual, so if you have a free afternoon you should be able to install it yoursel

Its pretty easy to install, you might get ripped off by local shops if youre new. Order it online you can install it easily yourself.

@OverlanderKing11 and @zelda03 are on the right track. Installing a dashcam isn't rocket science, so it's just a matter of tucking the cables so that they're not visible. Other than that it's walk in the park
