Toyota Highlander transmission service at 80k?

my dealer has been pushing me to get a transmission service on my Highlander, and I'm coming up on 80K miles.

I'm a little hesitant because I've heard they sometimes recommend stuff earlier than needed. What's the typical mileage everyone else is getting this done?

Is 80k a good time, or should I wait? Just looking for some real world advice

I believe 80K is a fair number, most people tend to do it somewhere between 60K and 90K. If the fluid hasn't been changed yet, now would be a great time to take care of that
